Part of a series of images of small objects. Built in Max, rendered in Vray and Vray RT (for developing lighting and materials). All textures were painted in 3D Coat and Photoshop (the displacement map for the filigree work was adapted from a free vector pattern I found on-line). Post in P-shop as well.
I was really pushing for high realism in the materials. Feedback always appreciated.
